Why I Chose Transpersonal Hypnotherapy
A few years ago, I sought to heal through Hypnotherapy. So, I went to two hypnotherapists: TimeLine and Cognitive Hypnotherapy.
And honestly, it was incredible to work with each in my personal transformation. Yet, with each one, I reached an end.
This means I needed more at one point. But, each practitioner was limited to their hypnotherapy methods.
When I chose to be a Hypnotherapist, I searched for a holistic hypnosis method. One that works with the mind, body, and spirit.
My experience led me to seek a holistic use of Hypnotherapy to help others heal.
I did months of research, and it led me to Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. I knew, with every fiber of my being, that it was the healing modality I was meant to learn.
I believe you are unique. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to your transformation.

What Happens in a Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Session
If you’re not familiar with hypnosis, let me explain. In hypnosis, you enter a trance-like state. It heightens your focus and concentration.
You are in complete control while in hypnosis. No one can make you do anything you don’t want to in a trance. I’m saying this if you’ve seen hypnosis that makes people bark like dogs or walk like chickens. That is done for the purpose of entertainment.
So, let’s go now into your session using Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. You first begin by sharing your story, your goal for the session, and what you desire to achieve.
Then, through our discussion, I will suggest a hypnosis experience. It will use Transpersonal Hypnotherapy techniques.
In a Transpersonal Hypnotherapy session with me, you will experience a trance-like state. I, your Hypnotherapist, will facilitate this based on our desired outcome.
After the session, we use a cognitive technique to integrate it. Then, we schedule your next session to continue your progress. Most people experience a release and relief in each session.
After 2-3 sessions, you often feel a big difference in your healing and your ability to start creating your desired life. And to fully integrate, you may choose to do a couple more sessions to achieve your outcome fully.
For example, the first session might be Shadow Work. Then, another session connects you to your Inner Archetypes. The following session might be Past Life Regression, and the last session a Circle Integration.
The point is that we customize it to your needs.
4-6 sessions might seem like a lot. But, a study by Alfred A. Barrios, Ph.D, found that talk therapy would take at least 22 sessions to achieve your desired outcome. The results were published in Psychotherapy: Theory, Research, and Practice (Spring, 1970).
