In the Innate Mother's Circle, mothers gather to get real, redefine motherhood and live intentionally and full of spirit.
You're here for a reason. And I for one am so happy that you are.
"Giselle has been such a lifesaver for me as a new Mom. I joined her new mom group when I had a 9 week old. Giselle is so knowledgeable, friendly, and always keeps it real and makes you feel like no question or complaint about new parenthood is silly." - Katie B.
Dear Mother, you and I both know that there's more to motherhood than the perfect pictures we see on social media.
Yet there are such high expectations for mothers today, from the mental load that we take on as mothers to the many, many roles we are supposed to play on a daily basis...and play them perfectly!
Perfect motherhood is a myth. And there's no “one way” to be a mother.
Our truth lies in how we utilize motherhood to nurture our spirits and love ourselves in our identities as mothers. Motherhood brings a unique and beautiful platform to grow from and to carve the path you want in it.
In becoming a mother, you received the innate ability to embody the power that comes from motherhood and to apply that power to all parts of your life.
It's time to claim your innate power.
Through exploration and discoveries that take place in Innate Mother's Circle, you will learn ways to make motherhood what you'd have dreamed it to be. And to be a mother that raises confident, emotionally secure, empathetic and kind individuals.
Each week is a week of self-discovery, growth, awareness and education.

What Mothers Have to SayAs a new mom, having this group was such a blessing. I've made friends that I will have for a lifetime. I also learned so much from Giselle. She was non-judgemental and caring. I was having such a hard time with sleep and my baby and she was taught me so much about what was normal and what was not and what I could do for me and for my baby as we went through sleep issues. I could go on and on about what this group meant for me. I recommend it to all of my new mommy friends." -Grace
I signed up for this class when my first baby was 3 weeks old. My group has been there to support each other through so much over the past two years. I truly found my village by taking this class and not including the invaluable information that Giselle teaches you each week! Thank you is not enough!! - Jasmine
This group was (and still is) so helpful for me! It was just wonderful to have support in the early days of motherhood when I had no clue what I was doing. And I developed some really great friendships that are still strong years later. - Crystal
About the Teacher
I am a Childbirth Educator, Postpartum Doula, Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, Aromatherapist and Herbalist, Reiki Practitioner, Lactation Educator/Counselor, Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, Intuitive Women's Coach and CPR Instructor.
For the last 15 years, I've been passionately committed to supporting thousands of women holistically in pregnancy and motherhood.
I spent the first 10 years of motherhood in what felt like martyrhood, trying to do everything right, as natural possible and even running the largest eco-friendly boutique and center in Orange County, CA. And in those years, I realized that while I gave all of me to nurture my children, I was left depleted. I had stopped growing as a person and spiritually. The next few years were spent in reflection, healing, discovery and a deep connection to my spirit. It was in nurturing my spirit that I was able to mother in full authenticity and joy.
The Innate Mother's Circle holds space for mothers in all stages of motherhood so that they too can experience motherhood in joy, confidence, vulnerability and strength.
I am a mother of four children (ages 7, 11, 13, 15) and resides in California.
There are three monthly calls scheduled each month via Zoom. Each call is engaging, interactive and enlightening.

I work outside the home. Is it ok to do the Zoom call from my work office?
Yes! Absolutely. I only ask that you do the call in a private space, so as to protect the privacy of the group.
Can my children be present during the call?
As a mother of four myself, I completely understand that mothering duties are important. Ideally, you're able to have childcare for your child during the call, but if your child is with you and you need to step away or mute yourself to care for your child, please do so without worry. Each call is recorded, so if you miss one or most of one, you are able to listen to the audio.
Can my mother/best friend/sister join the call with me?
Each group is reserved for those that invest in an Innate Mother's Circle for the duration of the Circle. For this reason, we are not able to have guests during the Circle.
I'd like to try one of the calls and see if the Circle is for me.
The Innate Mother's Circle is one of trust and sisterhood. Through the weeks, mothers become close and intimate. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have before joining, but only mothers who have committed to the Circle are able to attend.
For any other questions, please contact Giselle.
