by processing payment, you agree to the Coaching Agreement below:


Description of Coaching

Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of the mother's goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.


What Coaching is Not

Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment,or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.

If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.


Open Communication

The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client Agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.


Shared Responsibilities

As your coach, my goal is to support you in understanding yourself (and in parenting, also your child), developing awareness of your choices, and choosing and executing a progressive plan that is in accordance with your deepest beliefs, values, and intentions for yourself and/or your family.  Any advice or suggestions given are to be carefully considered by you, in the context of your relationship with the family and children involved. Please remember that you are fully responsible for any choices or actions taken or not taken in any area, (including within the relationship to your child or children). 


Cancellation of Appointments

I value your time, and am committed to keeping any appointments that we set, and to providing exceptional value during the time we spend together.   Please keep in mind that I, like you, am a parent, and that my time, like yours, is at a premium. I prefer several days notice if an appointment must be postponed or canceled.  Please avoid canceling appointments with less than 24 hours notice if at all possible. I am often able to accommodate last minute bookings of appointments or phone sessions, so please consider a last-minute booking if you are unsure of your availability in advance.



Within the coaching relationship, we will likely discuss confidential issues which might include: family issues or concerns, marital difficulties, problems with children, future plans, business affairs, financial information, job information, goals, and other private information.  I will not at anytime, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily disclose, or communicate this information to a third party. This confidentiality agreement does not apply to illegal activities, child abuse, suicidal intent, or plans to conduct harmful or illegal activities.

Schedule and Fees

This coaching agreement is valid as of the date of payment. The fee is due in advance per month.

Coaching: Calls/Zoom meetings are up to 50 minutes each


Please note that unused minutes do not carry-over. If rates change before payment is made, the prevailing rates will apply.


What's Included

In addition to the time you receive for coaching, you will also receive resources, handouts, and at times also specific "homework" to work on that will help you achieve your goals.



The time of the coaching calls/Zoom meetings will be determined by Coach and Client based on a mutually agreed upon time (with a least a 24 hour advanced notice). The Client will initiate all scheduled calls and the Coach will call the Client at the number provided by the Client.
